We offer a 14-day return window for new subscriptions and services. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a cancellation and refund within this period.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The cancellation request must be submitted within 14 days of service activation.
- Only first-time subscriptions are eligible for refunds. Renewal fees are non-refundable.
- Compliance with ATARA’s Terms and Conditions is required for refund eligibility.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Submit a request through our Support Portal or email us at refunds@atara.com.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Payment and Cancellation
- Subscription fees must be paid in full for service activation.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however:
- Cancellations beyond the 14-day return window are non-refundable.
- ATARA reserves the right to charge for partial months if services are canceled early.
5. Non-refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom integrations and development services
- Professional training and consulting fees
- Add-on services activated during the subscription period
6. Exceptions
In some cases, ATARA may provide refunds beyond the standard 14-day period, including:
- Proven technical failures on ATARA’s part that impair service use
- Duplicate charges
